As far as I know the WW8 file format does not support list item in numbered
lists, which are unnumbered. Thus, the unnumbered list item loses its list
context on export to the WW8 file format.
The observation that this works in former OOo version is not correct. I have
tested down to OOo 1.1.x - all OOo version behave the same regarding the
described case as the current one.
