The testtool has problems accessing the Insert Hyperlink dialog. The problem
emerged with the latest builds, beginning somewhere around m50 and strikes
especially hard on Windows.

The entire dialog appears to be defined as a tab control which remembers the
last selected page.
Usually such a dialog should be defined as a dialog with a tab control as child
which again has the tab pages as children.

With the current implementation it is random which ID the dialog gets - four tab
pages -> four possible IDs. This is bad as we cannot ask the testtool which tab
page is currently open, we need to probe for it with the risk of an interrupted
test (works ok on Linux, fails on Windows).

Please modify the dialog that the
- dialog itself has a unique hid
- the tab control gets a hid
- each tab page gets a hid

Note for myself: According to HDE a dirty workaround exists for this problem in
the writer module. Locate it and eliminate it when fixing the test scripts. The
problem strikes in
framework: f_standard_toolbar.bas (t_Standardbar3)
calc: c_updt1.bas
Workarounds have been attempted with issue 104487 but failed, the solutions are
not reliable.
