When the consistency check of the document fails then the signature status is
not displayed in the status-bar nor is it possible to open the signature dialog.
However, when the signature is broken then a dialog is shown before the document
is displayed. But then the user does not have a chance to have a closer look at
the signatures. This is somewhat inconsistent. That is, one should either check
the signature as with 'non-broken' documents or completely do without signature
checking.

I suggest to do the signature validation as usual. In case that someone added
additional files the signature will definetely be broken according to ODF 1.2
specification.
