manifest.xml:
- <manifest:start-key-generation> entry should be written for each encrypted
stream
- <manifest:start-key-generation> und <manifest:key-derivation> should contain
manifest:key-size attribute

"The <manifest:start-key-generation> element contains the information that was
used to derive the encryption key for this file from the user specified
password. The password should be provided as a sequence of bytes in UTF-8
encoding to the start key generation algorithm.

The <manifest:start-key-generation> element is usable with the following
element: <manifest:encryption-data> 3.4.
The <manifest:start-key-generation> element has the following attributes:
manifest:start-key-generation-name 3.8.6 and manifest:key-size 3.8.7.
The <manifest:start-key-generation> element has no child elements
The <manifest:key-derivation> element contains the information that was used to
derive the encryption key for this file from the user specified password.

The <manifest:key-derivation> element is usable with the following element:
<manifest:encryption-data> 3.4.
The <manifest:key-derivation> element has the following attributes:
manifest:key-size 3.8.7, manifest:iteration-count 3.8.8,
