AW: All impCheckSpellCheckForDecomposeTextPrimitive and remembering if spelling
was on/off in the SdrTextPrimitive can be removed; check is done using the
SdrTextPrimitive2D::operator== and SdrTextAttribute::operator== by not only
using operator== of OPO but also isWrongListEqual at OPO to check for changes
there. This will do all necessary stuff automatically as long as the OPO
changes. It may even be enough to react on OPO change (since SpellChecking sets
a new OPO at the model object), but safe is safe.
Building incompatible, testing various cases...
