The problem is the note in cell L2. Although the note is hidden, it is included
in calculating the width. OOo2.4.2 correctly considers the note only if it is
shown. (I have currently no OOo3.0 installed.)
Workaround: Show the note and drag it to a place left of column L, then hide it
again.
