It is intended that the order of the legend entry is influenced by the 'bring
forward' - 'send backward' menu commands. The order of the legend entries
reflects and should reflect the order in which the series are drawn. I consider
it as to complicated and confusing to introduce a drawing order in addition to
the legend entry order. Users will happen to do the first with intention to do
the second and the other way round. I don't see the gain with this feature that
would justify the risk of confusion here, so I set this to wontfix.
