------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Sep 8 09:23:48 +0000 2009 ------- naoyuki -> mechtilde The source English text is "Open the database for editing" (no ~ "the") for this message. I do not know why English dialog has underline at 't' for this message and also do not know why trailing '(' is appended for Japanese message. So I do not believe modifying only Japnanese message (appending (T) for this message) is not right thing to do. And I do not know how issue 76534 was fixed (Traditional Chinese version of this issue). T-Chinese message for this in database seems to have no short cut for this message. Could you please clarify why English message has no '~' in it and how translator should handle this?
