------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Sep 8 23:03:37 +0000 2009 ------- When I open Writer I receive a notice...that another version of openoffice.org is accessing my data, then it ask would I like to continue. I always say yes. Upon entering I open a document, it crashes. If I go to 'My Documents" file folder and open from there, it loads. While I am working on the document it will suddenly give me a message that an error has occured and it must shut down it sais that it is saving my information and can be found in the backup file. When I go to the back up file to retrieve my document it didn't save any new information that was entered, It only saved at the last point in which I saved it before loading it. If I place a clipart or photo or object in my document it crashes. If I try to use the navigational buttons on the screen to go to another page it crashes. If I try to use the "Find and Replace" it crashes. Help! I am tired of losing documents.
