While trying to implement this for Ubuntu it became clear this is much more
complicated to do. F11 is currently the style key, meaning all modifiers are
used for various style functions, and moving it would be somewhat more
complicated than is noted in the comment above. The same goes for group/ungroup
in Draw.
It would still be a good thing to do but might be to invasive to actually
accomplish.
