I agree this is inconsistent.
Currently all of "Highlighting" are translated as "強調表示" (Glossary -
SunGloss also says so)
so I modify the translation for Basic Syntax Highlighting to 強調表示 from ハイ
ライト.
Fixed in Pootle. (svx/source/options.po)
