Execution didn't continue at this point, the ENSURE_OR_THROW macro throws a
RuntimeException, which sounds appropriate for this case. Unfortunately, our
code is not really exception-aware ...
Anyway, in m58 the code is already changed, so that a different VOC type, not
depending on an SdrPageView, is used when no SdrPageView us present.
