Verified in CWS locales32:
Both Upper and Lower Sorbian can be set as western text language now.

sba -> derbnik: Please update the dictionary accordingly. See 
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/HunSpellDic_dsb_DE
After integration of cws locales32 (probably into DEV300_m59), you can start to
remove the workaround (hi-jacking Zulu language to get text spelled, nice idea
:-) and check if it works, so that it is available as soon as OOo 3.2 gets 
released.
