There will not be a file associaton to a DEV version, pls. also see Issue 88051,
so this issue might be INVALID.
I do not see any confirmation, and report is rare from an inexperienced
reporter. How can this issue be NEW?

Please tell us the file name of your OOo installation file you downloaded from
net.
Your selected Version differs from Version you mention in your report and also
from the one in issue 105028. What is the correct one? Did you test 2 times?
Please contribute a detailed step bay step instruction concerning your
installation.
