Both cases were upgrades from OOO 3.1.0. A assured that no part of OOO runs during upgrade, even killing the OOO program directory and profile on disk in the most desperate attempt. More interesting, re-installation of previously flawless 3.1.0 failed with exactly the same message. Even more interesting, uninstallation fails with the very message. This _may_ suggest than Microsoft has planted something in system that prevents OOO 3.1.x (un/re/-)installation or upgrade inbetween 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 OOO releases. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
