2009 -------
The latest news about "T comma" and "S comma" came while CWS was already on its
way into master. So that issue did not fail but we have a new knowledge base. So
this issue became a "mutant" wich is as ugly to handle (thus invalid) as
collective issues are. Thus I will set this one back to fixed and verified and
close it.
I have set up issue 105121 "Sorting in alphabetical Index for Romanian not
correct ("S comma" and "T comma") to get the latest findings adressed.
