------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Sep 16 20:00:34 +0000 2009 ------- I downloaded a microsoft rtf attatchment. It opened in read only mode. I tried to save it as abc and the writer program froze. I was able to open another office window though. And use the program normally. However. I had to close the froze window with the task manager. I reopened it and went through the recovery process.
