Yes, this is what I said... your screenshot shows this clearly... you restarted
the LINE NUMBERING not the NUMBERING !!!
Choose the NUMBERING option (on the same tabpage / dialog) and your document
will work as expected. Line numbering (can be activated in Tools.Line Numbering)
and p??aragraph numbering are two different things.
