Export to Excel 2003 XML format is down, with Ubuntu update to OOO300m15.

The export now adds a 'ss:' for each Worksheet tag, like:
 <ss:Worksheet ss:Name="Plateforms"><Table ss:StyleID="ta1"><Column
ss:Width="64.4882"/><Column ss:Width="252"/><Column ss:Span="1"
ss:Width="64.4882"/><Row ss:AutoFitHeight="0" ss:Height="14.2583"><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">Type</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">Name</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">URI</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">Version</Data></Cell></Row><Row ss:AutoFitHeight="0"
ss:Height="14.2583"><Cell><Data ss:Type="String">Platform</Data></Cell><Cell
ss:StyleID="ce1"><Data ss:Type="String">Test platform</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">TestPlatform</Data></Cell><Cell><Data ss:Type="String">Test
platform version</Data></Cell></Row><Row ss:AutoFitHeight="0"
ss:Height="14.9953"><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">Platform</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">Eclipse</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">Eclipse</Data></Cell><Cell><Data
ss:Type="String">#na</Data></Cell></Row></Table><x:WorksheetOptions/></ss:Worksheet>

The saved files are no more compatible with Excel, which fails to load them.

REM:
my Ubuntu installation changes recently of Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment
(build 1.6.0_16-b01). At least, the problem is since the switch of my OOo to
this Java Runtime (mandatory when I try to load an existing Excel 2003 XML I
created before using OOo), but the problem could come from an OOo (very recent
at least) update of my Ubuntu OOo.
