When I put the cursor at the beginning of “Here's the first sentence.” and hit Enter, “Here's the first sentence." moves down to become the next paragraph as it should, giving the below text. Here's a sentence and a numbered list: Here's the first sentence. 1.Item number one. 2.Item number two. With the cursor still at the beginning of “Here's the first sentence,” if I click on the Numbering On/Off button on the toolbar however, I get the following result, rather than a proper renumbering of the former items 1 and 2. Here's a sentence and a numbered list: 1.Here's the first sentence. 1.Item number one. 2.Item number two.
