I checked "FilterNoteSample.ods" with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE-multilingual version
German UI activated [OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]" and can confirm the reported
effect, filtering rows with notes is incredible slow, it takes several minutes
(I did not wait until the end).
Same problem with standard filter.
I also checked with "2.4.1 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[680m17(Build9310)]", here everything works fin, filtering as reported takes
much less than 1 second.
