I really like the feature that a graph is positioned inside a frame when using
the "caption" menu item. However, positioning the frames is sometimes really
hard.

One of most annoying things is that when the frame is positioned wrt. a page
rather than a paragraph, that it is difficult to move it to another page.
What I try is to grab the anchor and then I want to move it to the previos page.
However, is most cases it jumps automatically to the first page of the document
so that I have to scroll down to the desired page - all with the mouse button
(or trackpad) pushed. This is really annoying when the document is long and one
is working on the last sections of the document.

It would be good if this could be improved. In addition, it might be a good
option to enter a page number in the frame dialog when positioning wrt. a page
is selected.
