Can confirm this in OOo 3.1.1 on Vista, does not occur on XP. Problem is, that
it must NOT be allowed to multi-select in the Insert.Picture dialog.
Is already fixed in OOo 3.2; there have been some fixes around OOo's file picker
use on Windows Vista.
