The usage of the general icon for any file when it is registered to soffice.exe
is correct. If an application specific icon should be used, the application
specific executable should be registered.
The usage of ODF-Icons for alien formats was recognized as wrong, and the new
specification now requests usage of a new icon set for such documents. It is
going to be done for odficons cws.
