Polylines and Bézier curves have two modes for rotation. In one mode the whole
object is rotated and in the other mode the selected points are rotated. You
toggle the mode with the 'Points' button. This is a specific property of
polylines and Bézier curves, so you will not see it, when handling the whole
group.
