------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Oct 1 22:16:03 +0000 2009 ------- I was using CCleaner, but now I use WinCleaner. I thought there were others who had responded to this issue. I had received email from someone else who apparently saw this issue and emailed me direct for advice. (Which on hindsight would not make sense.) Anyway, I had updated since then, but still had not used OpenOffice for awhile. When the other person wrote, I started up OpenOffice to give them more information about filling out the survey. The registration box did not appear then or since. I figured that it had been fixed with the update. I recommended to the other person to do the same. I realize now that I should have checked to see if it had been set as fixed here. Apparently, whatever caused the problem was intentionally or unintentionally fixed. I suppose that it would be nice to know what caused the problem in the first place so as to avoid it in the future, but since you asked about CCleaner maybe you have an idea.
