GH did some modifications that now allow accessing tab controls via their
textual ids.However, the problem itself remains and needs to be fixed.
Actually the same problem exists for the tools/customize.
I do not want the fix for 3.2 anymore because of the related work that needs to
be done by QA to get it into the test scripts but it should be fixed *early* in
the 3.3 development process.
