Hmm ...

First, building the Mozilla runtimes with MSVC90 is not an option at the moment,
since the used branch (SeaMonkey 1.1.x) does not build with this compiler.

Second, some of the libraries in actually do come with an embedded manifest -
see nspr4.dll, for example. During moving from the old prebuilts (which didn't
require manifests) to the new ones, I added manifests to libs which needed them
- which are those loaded directly from OOo. Moz libs loaded by other Moz libs do
not need them. At least this was my experience, and since adding the manifests
meant modifying the Moz build env, i.e. enlarging the patch in the "moz" module,
I kept this as minimal as possible.


Okay, now for "the merge" module, I am lost, since I do not know what this
means. As I understand the above, is the complaint that we do not install the
VC80 assemblies into the system?
