This issue contains several problems. Such issues cannot be handled properly. So
I will close it as invalid. Please write a new issue for each wish. Please
consider my remarks before writing new issues.
I do not think, that dragging the outer page edge indicator line should add a
new row/column break, because you will loose the ability to alter a print range
by this way. You can easily insert a new column/row break using the context
menu. And if you need a 'oneclick' way, you can customize your keyboard or add a
new symbol.
The option "1 page width and auto height" is still there. You only need to enter
a number of pages which is surely higher than you need.
