ab->mav: This seems to be another pkg/zip and/or sal issue. If you
install the extension as user you should find the file:
UserInst\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\xyz123.tmp_\
extensible_help_en.oxt\help\en\help.jar
Up to m59 this file has been ok, starting with m60 (still in m61)
it's empty. The file is created in \desktop\source\deployment\
registry\help\dp_help.cxx during package installation. There
still a pkg URL is used, but simply exchanging it by a zip URL
lead to an exception. Please have a look.
