NOT reproducible with "Ooo Dev 3.2.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m60 (Build 9425)]"! I opened 10 spreadsheets, each app. 1,7MB on hard
disk with lots of sheets and diagrams in it and set "Auto Save" time to 1
minute. Yes, it's hard work for my PC (AMD Athlon 64bit 3500+ / 1GB RAM) and HD
sometimes is really busy, but in OOo and also SEAMONKEY I only had little
spoiling by idle time.

Still a problem for you? Dev300m49 was a developer snapshot. Pls try a stable
version!
Really only OOo affected, other applications with normal speed during OOo auto
save?
Pls. contribute more information concerning you PC, OS settings, ...
