Initially a graphic already has the frame style "Graphics" applied to. It is
inserted with its original size (size information in style is ignored
intentionally).
So if you now try re-apply "Graphics" style nothing happens, because it is
already applied.
MRU->OS: IMO Writer should be a bit more intuitive here; maybe an exception when
an already applied frame style will be applied, that the size of the selected
frame is adapted to the style's settings.
