2005 -------
1. open a new XForm document
2. create a new submission in the data navigator
3. give it a name and add an action to an existing URL (doesn't matter which URL
or action)
4. set Replace to either Instance or Document
5. drag submission to form
6. turn design mode off
7. put da finger on da button. push da button! ;-)
==>> crash

note: this also crashes if the submission is linked to an instance element
