I cannot reproduce this either (m92) on linux.
Please don't "hide" information in screenshots. From the images I can see that
you tested again with m91 and the problem still occurs. -> reopening issue.
You should mention that in a comment as well.
Please also mention your Operating System and window-manager next time. Since
I'm running linux and cannot reproduce, I set it to Windows.
Does this problem still occur when you open and close the toolbar?
