there are 2 problems with the progress bar code in writer:
1. the document statistic paragraph count does not count empty or hidden paras,
but the export filter increments the progress bar for every paragraph
2. the progress bar is set to 2 * the number of paragraphs, but every paragraph
increments the progress bar only by 1 (because of autostyles).
so as a work around, do not create documents with more than half of the
paragraphs empty/hidden in a non-pro version ;)
