- Insert a header
- Check "Format - Page - Header - Use dynamic spacing"
- set or leave the cursor in the header
- in the vertical ruler, move the lower border of the header until it reaches
the upper border of the body area.
(-> "AutoFit height" is now uncheck which is correct)
- undo
-> nothing happens
AutoFit height should be recheck and the header show a small spacing with the
text body.
