The only thing you can do (if your document is still open): - delete some small parts of the text - save -> if it crashes, recovery occurs, document is restored, then delete again a small part of the text and save... an so on until it doesn't crash anymore. Then you will know what you had last deleted (and which causes the crash) and you can attach here the last version of the document.
