The exception that is thrown in case of zip-URL looks to be the same one as in
case of pkg-URL, it is an internal UCB exception and does not reach the caller.
So it is not the real problem.
There was a problem in the package component in case an existing file was
overwritten using package UCP.
Fixed in fwk125.
