reassigning for verification. Tests pass on windows buildbot, solaris sparc
buildbot, solaris intel buildbot, local x86, local x86_64, local ia64, local
ppc, local ppc64.
Earlier confusion on windows was because cli_vb_bridgetest.vb implements
unoidl.test.testtools.bridgetest while cli_vb_testobj.vb tests
unoidl.com.sun.star.test.bridge, i.e. a different api, which is a bit suspicious
if you ask me, but unchanged here.
