I have just downloaded and installed OOo 3.1.1 (OOO310m19(Build:9420) on my
Windows XP Professional computer.

The same problem is apparent - whenever I check the 'synchronise labels' box and
print to file, I get pages of the first record as before. If I uncheck the
box, it works. Printing direct to the printer seems to work.

Also, when using the 'Data to Fields' button on the initial document, all the
data fills the labels correctly (only one page of course) - the problem comes
with using 'print to file'.

So, I have now seen this on two Ubuntu computers and XP professional. I will
check again on Vista computer when I next have access to it.

It's as if the 'Next Record' function is not working from label to label, only
from page to page.

Grateful for your assistance.
