MRU->OS: see attached document, go to page 7/15. There the follow page style is
not applied correctly. Remove the manual page break and reapply with page style
"Numbered index First page" and the follow style is correctly "Numbered index
left page". But when saving and reloading the document, it will be incorrect
again.
I think, this is a serious bug so we should think about 3.2...
