Please make sure, that "Expand references when new columns/rows are inserted" in
Tools > Options > Calc > General is not checked.
I see a correct sum in DEV300m63, when it is not checked. Otherwise the
reference in the sum starts with L20, but that would not be an error because
"expand" is exact that.
