@owqcd: please try followings:
- use a newer OOo version (m3 or m63) from our site.
- compare if this happens in other WMs (does this happen in KDE and Gnome?)
- switch off UI enhanecer like Compiz.
- Try to save the doc without pictures linked to the Net (a lot in your
document)
- Observe if there is a difference between scrolling with the middle mouse
button, the scroll bar and the travelling with the keyboard.
