I can reproduce with 3.1.1 and OOO320m3

Steps to reproduce

1 - Create group box with two option buttons
2 - Option buttons - Set linked cell
3 - copy whole sheet
4 - edit on new sheet option buttons - Set linked cell to new sheet (because of
issue 58415)
5 - Set Sheet1 - Option value => D9 = 1
6 - Set Sheet2 - Option value => D9 = 2

7 - Delete Sheet2

Actual results
On Sheet1 - Option value  => D9 = ""  (empty)

Expected results
Sheet1 untouched - Option value is 1

Steps to reproduce with attachment smazani_listu.ods:
 - Open file smazani_listu.ods
 - Delete sheet List2
On Sheet List1 is linked cell D9 = ""

Thank you.
