I review the bug database, Issue ID 75974 which is closed and along with newer
issue ID 76471. I am not sure if this issue is due to same underline principals
But it has not been fixed in Version 3.1.0 Build 9399 that I am using. I also
have Office 2000 install on the same computer and if there are common files
shared this could be issue related to that.

been changed to 45degree tilt gets curropted and become fat the horizontal
Arrow
length and width remains unchanged and displayed it the save way when the
