If the suggestion of defaulting to the current font of the character before were adopted, the person selecting Dingbats characters would only have to select it once since after that the character before would be set. I do not agree with WONT FIX and consider this a serious issue. Ways to solve would be: a) dialogue checks for font at cursor position and defaults to that b) dialogue allows multiple 'inserts' as in Word, rather than repeated 'selects' thereby allowing your use-case to select the font then pick several characters at a time --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
