in master build.
Closing an issue based on "verified in CWS" ignores the tiny risk that something
may go wrong during/after the integration of the CWS.
What should happen: After integration of CWS tl75, the updated dictionary shall
install with a localized SL build. Only if that is the case, the issue can be
closed.
Otherwise (no dict or the old one in a localized SL build), then something went
wrong and needs further investigation.
