The TitledControl::mbExpansionModeIsToggle member that controls whether clicking
on a title toggles the expansion state of the control is initialized only by one
of the two constructors (the wrong one of course).
The reason that this bug is visible under Linux only is a mixture of different
memory layout and bad luck.
