tl->erdalronahi: When I looked if the version 0.96 of the extension is still the
newest (which it seems to be) I found that there is also a Kurdish hyphenation
dictionary provide from someone else. See
  http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/node/2561
At this point I thought it would be nice if we could bundle both of the
extension together and build a pack.
But unfortunately, in the other pack there is no contact information for the
author of that extension. There is only a link to some organization:
  http://ferheng.org/

But I can't read that language (probably Kurdish as well ^_-) and therefore I am
unable to ask if they are willing to add their extension to the OOo source code
repository for default packing.

Would it be possible for you to ask them if they are willing to do that?
If so they just need to provide a link to an/the extension, including some
compatible license statement (within the extension(!), e.g. GNU GPL v3) and file
an issue to request adding that extension as well.
