I've improved this special encoding implementation so it knows all well formed
UTF-
8 encoding sequences now. And I've tested it with our current localize.sdf and
your
provided sdf file. It works in both cases.
AS->icobgr: Please check out the file "framework/source/config/tools/utils/
FileHelper.java" in revision [1.8.28.1] and see if it works for you. THX.
